Microsoft on Tuesday announced that it has with UK-based marketing services provider Yell Group (hereinafter referred to as “Yell”) partnerships, will work together to provide SMEs with online advertising and business services.
Yell present to the United States, Britain, Spain and Latin America more than 130 million customers in the printing and digital marketing services. The companies said they will work together to provide SMEs with search, mobile advertising, and localized products and services. Microsoft and Yell did not disclose financial terms associated with the agreement.
Microsoft also said that the company will assist Yell accelerate the development of its new cloud-based services.
Microsoft on Tuesday on the Nasdaq stock market premarket trading down 13 cents, trading at $ 26.50.
